The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect workplace bullying in social welfare organizations. For this purpose, 500 social workers working in social welfare facilities as subjects of remuneration training by the Jeonbuk Social Welfare Association were surveyed using a simple random sampling method, of which 291 cases were used for the final analysis. The analysis was conducted based on a multiple regression model in which social workers' sociodemographic characteristics were set as control variables, work environment characteristics, operating subject characteristics, and organizational fairness as independent variables, and workplace harassment at social welfare organizations as dependent variables. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the formation of a labor union had a negative (-) effect on workplace bullying. Second, it was found that the activity level of the labor-management council had a significant negative (-) effect. Third, it was found that procedural fairness perceived by social workers had a significant negative (-) effect on workplace bullying. Fourth, it was found that the fairness of decision-making perceived by social workers had a significant negative (-) effect on workplace bullying. Based on these research results, the practical and policy implications for the prevention of workplace bullying in social welfare organizations are presented.
